This summary explains, in plain language, what Saulit collects and why. It is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed policy.
What we collect
- Account information — your email and a display name.
- Claim & purchase activity — which QR cards you claimed, when, at which partner and branch, and the product.
- Points & reward history — points earned, streaks, and rewards you redeem.
- Basic technical details — such as the device or browser you used and the time of an action. We use this only to keep your account secure and to stop fraud (for example, catching the same card being claimed many times).
Why we collect it
To award points fairly, prevent fraud (each card is single-use), let you redeem rewards, and give partner supermarkets aggregate performance reports.
Who can access it
Saulit administrators can see your activity for support and fraud prevention. Partners receive aggregate reports, not your personal login details. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting support@saulit.app. We keep records only as long as needed for the program and legal requirements.
Not a medical service
Saulit does not collect medical conditions and does not sell medical information. It is not a diagnostic service.
We recommend a local legal and privacy review before a broad public launch in your jurisdiction.
