This summary explains, in plain language, what Saulit collects and why. It is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed policy.
What we collect
- Account information: your email and a display name.
- If you sign in with Google: Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We never see your Google password. The public leaderboard shows only your first name and the initial of your family name.
- Receipts you scan. When you scan the QR code printed on a shop receipt, we look that receipt up with the state fiscal service. We store the shop, the date, the total, and each line as the till wrote it, together with what Saulit decided it earns.
- Leaves and reward history: leaves earned and rewards you redeem.
- Your name and phone number, but only when you claim a prize. A prize is handed over by a person, so we ask how to reach you at the moment you claim one — never before. We use it to arrange that prize and nothing else, we do not share it with sponsors unless the prize is theirs to deliver, and if you never claim a prize we never ask for it.
- Basic technical details such as the device or browser you used and the time of an action. We use this only to keep your account secure and to stop fraud.
What we do not collect
We never see your bank card or how you paid. The QR code on a receipt carries only the identifiers the tax service needs to find that receipt, and we ask that service for the purchase itself. We do not read your card and we do not store photographs of your receipt.
Why we collect it
To award leaves fairly, to make sure one receipt is claimed only once, to let you redeem rewards, and to give partner supermarkets aggregate performance reports.
We also keep the product lines from receipts so that recognition can improve. When a till writes a product in a way Saulit does not yet understand, that wording is what tells us to fix it. This uses the words printed on the receipt, never your identity.
Who can access it
Saulit administrators can see your activity for support and fraud prevention. Partners receive aggregate reports, not your personal login details. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting support@saulitapp.com. We keep records only as long as needed for the program and legal requirements.
Not a medical service
Saulit does not collect medical conditions and does not sell medical information. It is not a diagnostic service.
